PAYMENT

Visa/MasterCard, checks and money orders. Credit card orders by secure order form, fax and mail only. Due to a large volume of credit card fraud, your billing address is required and will be checked thoroughly, with the issuing bank.

RETURN

All returns must be authorized and approved by Autobahn Motorsports. Shipping will not be refunded on all return. For special order we do charge a 30% restocking fee. All return requests must be made within 48 hours after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to Autobahn Motorsports in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Autobahn Motorsports. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.

Shipping Damages
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call Autobahn Motorsports within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.

Warranty/Liability
All aftermarket products sold by Autobahn Motorsports. are sold “as is” to the customer. Autobahn Motorsports. does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by Autobahn Motorsports are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Autobahn Motorsports is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Autobahn Motorsports will not be responsible for your own actions.

Installation of Aerodynamics
All aerodynamic are manufactured with 100% fiberglass. Due to the material used in production, the body kits sometimes will NOT be a direct bolt-on for most car. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps,predrill or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.

Backorders
If product is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 business days. Most aerodynamics orders take 2 to 4 weeks. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks. There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Autobahn Motorsports. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Autobahn Motorsports shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

SHIPPING

Shipping Times and Methods:
Most body kit/bumper are shipped within 7-10 business days after the initial order information is fully received and processed.  Autobahn Motorsprots will contact the customer within 1-2 business days of receiving the order to discuss shipping and receiving instructions and to inform the customer if there is a delay due to out of stock items.

Please be aware that there is an additional shipping charge of $45.00 to larger merchandise order that is being shipped to a residential location via 18-wheeler. This is an additional fee charged by the shipping company to compensate for difficulties drivers experience locating a residence an maneuvering in residential areas

Some additional shipping charges may apply and can vary around the following prices:

Delivery Notification - $25.00 minimum
 Residential Delivery - $45.00 charge

Re-consignment (change of delivery address or name) - $40.00 minimum
Re-consignment includes REFUSED delivery
Setup Service - Must CALL for QUOTE

For rushed delivery, orders should be phoned in at 626-945-0806. We offer several forms of rushed delivery, ranging from Overnight Delivery to 3-Day Delivery. The daily cut-off for rushed delivery orders is 1:30PM EST. All rushed orders taken after that time will be processed the next business day.

QUOTATIONS

Quotations are valid for the period stated and represent no obligation until the seller accepts the buyers order and are subject to the goods being available at the time requested.
PRODUCT SUITABILITY Although we will give as much advice as possible we cannot be held responsible for the suitability of a products use in a particular situation either known or unknown.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Specifications are subject to change as we are continually improving our product range. Autobahn Motorsports reserves the right to substitute products that are out of stock or discontinued with products of a similar nature.
